1. Heads of Secondary Schools

TERMS Of SERVICE

He,she will be appointed on contract, renewable. and be answerable to the General Secretary of the Diocese.


QUALIFICATIONS:

He/she shall be a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Education and administration or its equivalent and must at least have five years experience in senior position in teaching and administration Masters of Education will be added advantage Must be a mature person with a diplomatic and pleasant personality. able to create a team spirit among staff

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Support the Education Secretary to set and review the School priorities and objectives
2. Demonstrate exemplary leadership
3. Develop, motivate and deploy teaching and non-teaching staff to secure the best possible use of available talent
4 Determine and drive appropriate standards and targets to deliver improvement
5 Create an accountable safe and positive learning environment.

2. ACCOUNTANTS

QUALIFICATIONS;

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting
2. CPA (T) will be added advantage
3. 3 years experience as an Accountant
4. Ability to work with accounting software-Quick Book, tally etc.
5. Excellent working experience with Ms. Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Lead the accounting team to perform daily accounting task a. manage month-end activities to ensure timely issue of reports incorporating key financial and non-financial KPts
2. Guide the management to deliver budget and forecasts
3. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of profit and loss accounts, budget, cash hows variance analysis and commentaries
4. Monitor and promote compliance to financial Policies and regulations
5. Preparing tax returns to ensure compliance with Payment, report, and due dates:
6. Reviewing and analyzing financial records to prepare end of the year financial statements
7 Administering payroll a. controlling income and
8 Supervising Banking & bank reconciliations

SALARY:
ELCT Northern Diocese Salary Scale for both
