Deposit Mobilisation in Branches

· Raise and maintain a portfolio of Retail depositors for the bank in relation to targets

· Ensure excellent customer service at all times

· Recruitment of Individual Current, Fixed and savings accounts

· Recruitment of clients for Non-credit facilities like insurance, and bulk payment solutions

· Proactively initiate contact with prospective clients for deposit raising

· Manage and maintain a portfolio of satisfied deposit customers

· Sell all Retail accounts offered by Access Bank Tanzania

· Initiate, execute and monitoring of all direct marketing and sales activities done by retail unit

· Managing sales activities done in all Access bank branches

· Proactively initiate and conduct marketing activities for entire bank

· Maintaining and growing active portfolio of retail accounts

· Monitor the level of activeness/inactiveness and dormancy on the deposit portfolio at all times

· Provide monthly plans of direct marketing, sales and other deposit raising activities

Selection Criteria and Qualifications

• Education: Advanced Diploma or a Degree in Banking and Finance, Mass communication, Administration, Marketing and other related field
• Experience in sales at managerial level minimum 2 years as sales manager
• Strategic thinker with ability to explore new markets and bank them
• Honest person with high integrity, and independence who will observe professional ethics in executing his/her duties
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili (ability to write fluently in both)
• Good time management and work efficiency.
• Good report writing skills.
• High degree of computer literacy; good knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Good organizational skills, Products and Customer Awareness.
