Air Tanzania Company Limited is the process of revamping its operations and has introduced new equipment to its fleet. The company is therefore inviting applications from
qualified personnel to fill the following post

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS
-    At least form 4 certificate with a Diploma in secretarial studies
-    Must have shorthand and hati mkato 80-100 W.P.M
-    A certificate in computer windows, MS Office, Internet, Email, and Publisher from recognized institutions
-    Management development course for executive assistant
-    Hands on working experience of not less than 7 years in a reputable organizations
-    Outstanding command in communication both English and Kiswahili (writing and speaking)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.    Providing assistance to top executive of the company
ii.    Assisting in coordination secretarial functions with other department
iii.    Typing letters and other documents
iv.    Undertaking routine correspondence with prior approval of his/her senior
v.    Arranging meetings and appointment schedule for the senior executive
vi.    Make official appointments and travel arrangements
vii.    Deals with confidential matters in the office of the executives
viii.    Keep records of events and documents
ix.    Performs any other duties as may be assigned

SALARY
Attractive remuneration package in the accordance with the institutions salary scale

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
3 years contract
