with 28 operational branches in Tanzania DTB now is looking for capable and qualified individual qualified to join the 20007 intake graduate management training program
our graduate management training programs looks for highly motivated individuals who exhibit the potential to excel as future leaders in the banking world. the program is geared towards providing challenging work assignment implemented by learning for select graduate from the reputable universities
the graduate management training programme shall run for 2 years through a rotation programme backed by intensive training and coaching the programme aims at developing required skills for a well rounded banker capable of taking higher responsibilities in various banking position

KEY RESPONSIBLE
– Work in different departments to gain full respectives of the programme including but not restricted to operations, customers services, international business, credit management, treasury, ICT, risk management and complie
– ensure understanding of all the operates process and procedures flows
– responsible for working with other staff accepting delegated responsible and duties with the goal of learning and developing skills
EDUCATIONS
– graduate/ post graduate from leading domestic /foreign university
– minimum GPA- 3.8
– graduates in banking , economics, commerce, accountancy and mathematics only
– graduate/post graduate by distance learning from off-campus universities will not be eligible
COMPETENCE
– display capability to think analytical, exercise good judgement and make thoughtful decision
– display solid leadership trait
– possess good interpersonal skills
– possess good organizational skills
– enjoy working in a team – oriented environment
– must be goal oriented
