REPOA is an independent policy research institution established in 1994 to undertake research,
capacity building, and policy engagement on various aspects of economic growth and human development. REPOA is now one of the leading research organizations in Tanzania, and among the top Think Tanks in Sub- Saharan Africa. REPOA believes that evidence based policy dialogue and development is necessary for effective planning and design of interventions to accelerate socioeconomic transformation for inclusive development to occur.

REPOA is currently seeking applications from interested individuals for the following positions Senior Communication Officer. Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and a Consultant to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system.

1. Senior Communication Officer
The purpose of this role is to conceptualize, plan and implement the organization's internal and external communications.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Mass Communication. Journalism, Public Relations or related fields with at least 6 years experience in Corporate Communication. branding and public relations in senior level.

2. Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
The purpose of this role will be responsible for data collection, collating. analysis, and reporting as well as supporting upstream review ot project proposals to ensure project indicators are well set to be measured.

Required Qualifications
Master in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or Statistics and Planning with at least six years' experience in M&E. The candidate should have expertise in analyzing data using statistical software, good communication skills and writing skills.

3. Consultant to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E)system

REPOA has recently received a grant from the African capacity Budding Foundation (ACBF) aimed at supporting the institutional capacity and organizational strengthening.

Required qualifications and experience
a) Minimum a Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies. Monitoring and Evaluation, Information Management or any other related fields;
b) Minimum 5 years' experience in similar assessment/evaluation in think tanks or institutions keen on policy Influence, behavior change and impact evaluation;
c) Demonstrated working experience with donors. experiences working in national and international organizations in Africa.
d) Proven experience in developing M&E tools and systems for project/programs in non-for profit organizations and research institutions;
e) Experience in knowledge sharing with and mentoring less experienced M&E staff and non technical and program staff is desirable; and
