OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - AGAPAHI

AGAPAHI is implementing various projects that are demanding and thus the organization is looking for the motivated, result, driven, aualified and competence staff to fill the position of operations coordinator  for Mwanza, and Shinyanga offices. the operations coordinator will report to the Zonal program manager

POSITION SUMMARY
operations coordinator is responsible for  providing  operations coordinations will primarly be responsible for office management to ensure that the office fucntions well in HR, Adminstrations, IT, Procurement, Logistic  and FINANCE

SPECIFIC TASK
- lead the operations team in program activities planning and keep track of what is going on through the office
- ensure appropriate policies and procdure are followed as the programme are being implemented
- monitor, manage, and improove the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, ADMINSTRATIONS, LOGISTIC AND FINANCE. facilitate  coordination and communications between support and funstions
- liasion with HR ADMIN, MANAGER, FINANCE MANAGER, support services manager assist the development of strategic operational activity. implmenting and manage operational
-any other duties assigned by Zonalprogram mmanager

EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- degree in business adminstrations, management or any other field
- at least 4 yeasr rekevant work experience
- knoledge and experience in organizational effectivenes and operations management
- strong leadership
- finance, HR , PROCUREMENT , IT,  and administrtions
- knowledge of project managgement principlae and prctice
- informations technology skills
