Your main responsibility is to lead the Sales andMarketing functions at Hyatt Hotels Tanzania, meeting the needs of the business anddelivering exceptional employee

experiences. In this role you will reportdirectly to the General Manager of the hotel and will responsible for the Salesand Marketing team.

As Director of Sales and Marketing you will seekways to increase the organization’s revenue and sales .Your role is to positionthe hotel in the marketplace through appropriate sales and marketinginitiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with thepositioning and brand promise created through marketing communications. Toprovide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closelywith the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments tomaximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and otheremployees
