JOB POSITION: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
OPERATIONS STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A) Preparation of payments vouchers and cheques for all payments.
B) Manage petty cash and all other
C) Manage petty cash and all other payments.
D) Maintain, keep, records for all financial expenses including supporting documents.
E) Verification of all payment supporting documents and match with the invoices to ensure correct billing.
F) Updating fixed assets register.
G) Preparing of stuff salaries, statutory deductions, salary plus pay slips.
H) Preparation of monthly suppliers' payments.
I) Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
J) Prepare and present quarterly annual finance reports to the clients.
K) Follow up for any company subscription fees, payments and maintain records.
L) Verify operation expenditures, analyze and advise the management respectively.
M) Ensure proper filling of all finance records.
N) Prepare or raise invoices respectively and swiftly.
0) Make sure all financial transactions are recorded.
P) Set up and maintain company operations budget hence analyze.
Q) Maintain all financial statutory required documents.
R) Advise the company on the financial status and performances.
S) Develop, implement and monitor Accounting control procedures.
T) Assist in financial audit preparations.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Must be a CPA Holder.
2. Bachelor Degree in Accounting and
Finance or any related field with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
