The national insurance corporation of Tanzania is a state owned insurance company with a branch network all over the country. In order to strengthen its operations the corporations now needs to fill the  vacant post in order to obtain dynamic , dedicated and self-motivated employees who will enable the corporations to meet aspirations of its all stakeholders especially customers

QUALIFICATIONS
·         The holder of this post must have a bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineering or information’s technology plus working experience of not less than  3 years in respective discipline

REPORTS TO:      Chief Manager Information’s technology
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
         i.            To write, update and expand programs in existing software and applications
       ii.            To work effectively with business partners to capture specifications for system changes/enhancement
      iii.            Assist In preparing business cases for changes designing those changes and enhancement
     iv.            Provide analyst and recommendations based on the evidence to business leaders in order achieve unit business objectives
       v.            To support and maintain existing  software development practice for developing software solutions or implementing vendors software  solutions to ensure the solutions is  robust and ensure business continuity
     vi.            Provide estimate of effort to complete solutions  and be care accurate in developing and delivering those solutions within those estimates
    vii.            To document program changes and creating  or updating  documentations maintained by the team
  viii.            To assist subject matter in developing and executions user acceptations test
     ix.            To manage movement of programming objects among developing   test and productions environments
       x.            Any other related task as may be assigned by supervisor
