NAFASI YA KAZI DATA CLERKS 2 POSITIONS REPORTS TO:DISTRICT MEDICAL OFFICER STATIONS:NKASI

ROLE DEFINITION

As a data clerks will update the, maintain and retrieve information’s held on computer systems also transfer information is that is on paper base to computer file system S/HE is in this position must be able to work independently be, experienced in data records using data base CTC2 and preferably be comfortable working in health facilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure  file system and arrangement on cabinet in order to simpl7 availability of a files
  • As required visit other health facility to help data enter
  • To work with M&E  or data related duties as rise
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure achievement of project goals
  • Argue to learn indicators and their updates as required
  • To ensure  each patient file contains the TB screening tools that this filed in by the clinical during each visit
  • To assure timely entry of patient files within one day after reception  of the file from the clinical

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma/certificate in information’s technology, data management, social science, health science epidemiology statistics or related field. The university degree or advanced diploma is an added advantage
  • At least 2 years  working experience working with data  records data analysis and statistical package such as SPSS, SAS STATA or epi-info
  • Ability with computer applications such as MS Excel. World PowerPoint and Access
  • Ability to work in a second mile extra time and RMO teams as well as independently
  • Advanced communications skills
  • Fluency in oral and written  English and Kiswahili
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all level of staff and sub award recipients
  • Be cooperatives

  • Self motivated and able to demonstrate high initiative
