OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIE
This person shall report to the field WASH engineer in the  TCRS Kibondo field  project and shall be responsible for overseeing all organizations sanitations activities in mtendeli Camp He/’She will be  responsible for  designing and developing bills of quantities for sanitations constructions staff supervisor training of sanitation teams and refugee communities on sanitation and hygiene practices and reporting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
·         Tanzanian national
·         Holder of bachelor degree environmental engineering professional performance in agitation activities
·         Excellent in  skills computer Microsoft applications with extensive knowledge of engineering software
·         Demonstrated managerial supervision leadership negotiation and communications skills
·         Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
·         High degree of integrity and professional responsibility
·         Flexibility patient ability to work under pressure and with very tight deadlines
·         Good command English and Kiswahili
