Job description
We are seeking a forward thinking leader to join our pre-opening team as Security Manager at Melia Serengeti Lodge. Serengeti, Tanzania.
You will lead the security office functions and empower the team members on a daily basis to ensure fulfillment of exceptional guest service. You will have to strive to continually improve guest and team member experience and maximize the performance of the team and hotel.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three (3) years of experience in security management role in a luxury hotel
Hotel Experience will highly valued
Studies according to the role
Possess a valid security license, driver's license, and CPR/AED certificate
Delivers exceptional guest satisfaction, leadership and financial performance
Ability to lead an effective team
Ability to communicate with the public
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
