Azania Bank is a commercial bank which has recently recorded fast and growth. The current bank is seeking to recruit the highly motivated a results driven and qualified Tanzanian professional to fill the position of senior database administrator for those who are willing o join well motivated work teams of the Azania Bank below are the qualifications and competence

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership in oracle database solutions
  • Provide SQL expertise in query performance tuning and enhancement installations
  • support a number of major applications
  • provide database consulting service to infrastructure and applicants teams on projects
  • provide team leadership to junior associate
  • promote a risk aware culture ensure efficient and effectiveness risk ans compliance management practice by adhering to required standards and process


QUALIFICATIONS

  • bachelor degree  in computer science or equivalent
  • 5 plus rears extensive  experience in complex oracle database administrations
  • In-depth knowledge pf TSQL stored procedures and understanding of general database structures
  •  Oracle Linux/Solaris, Unix & Linux read hat
  • Technical documental skills
  • Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
  • Project and team leadership
  • Reasonability stable work and excellent work ethic are must
  • Experience with banking industry
