  • The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening brand presence for the company’s liquor distribution portfolio. The role involves developing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring product availability across the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and expand new market opportunities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and wholesalers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop and manage distribution networks to ensure product availability in target markets.
  • Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely supply.
  • Identify new sales channels and expand coverage in different regions.
  • Ensure efficient route planning and territory management for sales representatives.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and product demand.
  • Organize promotions, product tastings, and brand activation events in coordination with retailers and hospitality venues.
  • Develop marketing materials including promotional displays, branding, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team including sales representatives and promoters.
  • Ensure proper reporting of daily sales activities and market feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or liquor distribution industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distribution networks.
