Tosamaganga Regional Referral Hospital (TRRH) was first built in 1968 as the 1st Level Health Facility by Manintesse Youth Group under supervision of Consolata Missionaries from Tulin-Italy. It was inaugurated in 1970 by the Late Mwl. Julius Kambarage Nyerere, the Father of Nation and the 1st President of the Republic of Tanganyika at that time. It underwent a steady and even milestone in time as a Faith Based Organization Hospital (FBO) and District Designated Hospital (DDH). Tosamaganga Hospital became a Referral Hospital at Regional Level on the 1st March’ 2024 and it was inaugurated on the 6th July’ 2024 by Hon. Majaliwa Kassim Majaliwa (MP) and Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania.

 REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS 
  1. Diploma in nNursing from any recognized University/ Institution 
  2. Registered with the nurses and midwifery Council of Tanzania (TNMC)  
  3. Valid license to practice.  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  1. Delivering high quality nursing care to patients 
  2. Organizing and assisting clients and relatives towards patients well – being
  3. Creating and maintaining harmonious working environment to all personnel 
  4. Liaising with staff in other disciplines who are contributing toward promoting well – being  of the patients 
  5. Involving patient and relatives in care and rehabilitation 
  6. Performing any other duties as assigned by his/her superior 
GENERAL CONDITIONS 
  1. all applicants must be citizens of Tanzania of not more than 45 years of age

  4. Applicants must attach their certified copies of the following certificates; Degree Certificate of Doctor Medicine/ form IV and form VI national examination  certificate/birth certificate/NIDA number/  
  5. Certificate from foreign universities should be verified by the Tanzania Commission For  Universities

  7. We ask candidates to commit himself/ herself to assure the role for at least one year
