Sales & Marketing Manager
Kibo Palace Hotels & Resorts are seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Directors who are part of our Executive team, this position works very closely with our Front Office Department and Reservations office to achieve optimum revenue results for all segments of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Assist to develop a corporate sales plan
Prospect new clients
Manage existing client accounts
Conduct outside sales calls
Speaking on behalf of the company at interviews and press conferences
Arrange on-site visits and sales tours
Networking
Managing and preventing reputational risk to our brand
Maintain data integrity in the CRM
Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments to develop business
Participate as required in hotel and industry events in addition to developing leads for other revenue streams
Promoting and maintaining the public's perception of our brand through media coverage and sponsorship opportunities
Participation in sales & marketing team briefings and meetings as required
Drafting written, verbal, and visual content that will promote the public image of the business
Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
Track media coverage and follow industry trends
Sales Coordinator
Kibo Palace Hotels & Resorts are seeking a passionate Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager who is part of our Executive team, this position works very closely with our Front Office Department and Reservations office to achieve optimum revenue results for all segments of the business unit.

Door to door Marketing
Speaking on behalf of the company at interviews and press conferences
Cold calls
Arrange on-site visits and sales tours
Networking

Mix and present beverages to brand standards.
Engage guests with recommendations and maintain an inviting bar atmosphere.
Manage inventory, requisitions, and bar organisation.
Follow cash‑handling procedures and balance receipts at shift end.
Promote responsible alcohol service and upselling initiative
