Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dar es-Salaam for a Head of Customer Service. The individual in this position will lead the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Key tasks include developing and implementing customer service strategies, monitoring and analyzing customer feedback, managing team performance, and leading efforts to enhance the overall customer experience. The role also involves using analytical insights to make data-driven decisions and fostering a customer-focused culture within the organization.

Qualifications

    Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
    Proven ability in Customer Service Management to lead teams and ensure high-performance outcomes
    Excellent Customer Service skills to support and maintain positive client relationships
    Analytical Skills for assessing trends, resolving issues, and making data-driven decisions
    Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    Ability to effectively manage a team in an in-person, fast-paced environment
    Previous experience in a leadership role within customer service is preferred
    MA degree in business administration, Customer Service Management, or a related field is advantageous.
