INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR NMB BRANCHES ACROSS THE COUNTRY

NMB Bank PLC (the “Bank”) is a fully-fledged commercial bank listed at the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange in Tanzania. The Bank offers banking services to individuals, small to medium sized

businesses, large corporate clients, and government. NMB Bank has a wide distribution channel countrywide that serves over 3.5 million customers.

The Bank has set aside funds for procurement of provision the cleaning services to the network of its branches across the country.
NMB Bank PLC now invites eligible, qualified, and experienced vendors to participate on the request for proposal for provision of cleaning services.

The selection and shortlisting of vendors will be conducted through the open competitive tendering as per the Bank’s policy.
A complete set of tender documents shall be purchased by interested applicants at a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00 and payment should be done through any NMB Branch to NMB Account No. 302040002 Account Name -Tender Fees (Deposit Slip shall be attached when submitting your tender documents. Any further clarifications required should be addressed to the Secretary NMB Management Tender Committee through this email procurement@nmbbank.co.tz

Interested and eligible vendors shall obtain RFP documents from our website nmbbank.co.tz/tenders and request for clarifications on the RFP document shall be sent to the office of Secretary, Management Tender Committee at procurement@nmbbank.co.tz not later than (Monday 12th September 2022).
The deadline for submission of proposals will be on Thursday 22nd September 2022 at 1500 hours EA Time. Your proposal must be marked on the envelope/email: Provision of cleaning services for NMB bank across the branches network and shall be delivered to NMB Zonal Offices through addresses provided in the RFP document.
Late tenders, portion of tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
