Job Description

Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd has an exciting opportunity in Logistics Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience in Logistics for a CDE Team Leader position, which will based in Mbeya. The successful candidate will report directly to the Logistics Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible in ensuring improved maintenance planning on Cold Drink Equipment. Developed maintenance strategies on all Cold Drink Equipment. Facilitate and support the CDE movement at the markets. Update the CDE customers according to the change of the market. Create and verify outlets, CDE (Cold Drink Equipment) outlets in system. Process the cooler requests – Placement, Return and Repairing. Spot check CDE placement status at the market with sales team. Manage expenditure against the budget. Coach the team for results. Optimize individual and team performance and development. Build a high-performing and cohesive team.

Skills, Experience & Education

The applicant should have at least a Technical Diploma in Refrigeration and Air conditioning; Qualified artisan. A minimum of 2 years previous experience in Coolers Management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Computer literacy, strong cognitive skills (judgment; analytical skills); strong communication skills, good leadership qualities, and a demonstrated high level of integrity.
