JOB SUMMARY:
Information and Communication Technology Officer is responsible for effective provision, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i.To assist in supporting the system, all the soft wares and hard wares to work perfectly;
ii.To assist in Monitoring the System;
iii.To Assist in System performance evaluation;
iv.To assist in Designing and Configure the System Network;
v.To assist in the System maintenance;
vi.To implement ICT policies and procedures;
vii.To attend IT troubleshooting;

viii.To monitor and maintain computer programmes and systems;
ix.To install and configure new ICT systems;
x.To design, develop, implement and testing database applications;
xi.To design, implement security and access control into database applications;
xii.Backup and maintaining core organization data/information;
xiii.To support users in obtaining data/information from the database; and
xiv.To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree either in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information and Communication Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent from recognized University/Institutions of higher learning

JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i.To Identify potential client and Group formation
ii.Responsible for the review and approval of   loans proposals of the PTF and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure;
iii.To prepare Daily, weekly and monthly report; Nafasi za kazi December 2018

iv.To process and facilitate the loan application process and keep client information and reports;
v.To conduct client training (Pre-and post-loan training) in order to attain and maintain high quality portfolio;
vi.To ensure high level of customer care and services;
vii.To provide business advices to clients where necessary; and
viii.To perform   any other duties as may be assigned by the Branch Manager.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree or advanced Diploma either in Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration from recognized institutions. Knowledge and clear understanding of procedures, regulations, policies and laws governing microfinance sector will be an added advantage.
