OVERVIEW: The Islamic Foundation is renowned Islamic organization for it outstanding and flourishing success in education sector in Tanzania. The Foundation under Department of Education own and manage number of schools in Tanzania including Imaan Primary School and Forest Hill Secondary School Both in Morogoro Municipality. The Foundation wishes to invites suitably qualified individuals to be considered for employment opportunities mentioned as below;

Headmaster For Forest Hill Secondary School ( 1-Post)

Qualifications and Experience
i. Bachelor Degree in Education from recognized institution preferably with Masters in Education management/Administration.
ii. At least 4 years working experience in the same or related position.
iii. Excellence communication skills in English, Kiswahili or Arabic
iv. Islamic knowledge literacy will be an added advantage.
v. Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
vi. Flexible and willing to accept a changes in priorities as necessary.

Accountant (1-Post)

Qualifications and Experience
i. Bachelor Degree or specialized in Accountancy from a recognized institution.
ii. Excellent communications skills
iii. Computer literacy.
iv. Knowledge of any accounting package.
vii. Islamic knowledge literacy will be an added advantage.
v. Female are more preferably.
vi. At least 2 years of experience.

Secondary School Teachers (8-Posts) With The Following Teaching Subjects:

i. ICT&Mathematics(1 post)
ii. Chemistry& Biology (2 posts)
iii. Geography & History (1 post)
iv. English& Kiswahili (1 post)
v. Physics& Mathematics (2posts)
vi. Chemistry& Mathematics (1post)

Qualifications and Experience
i. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Education from a recognized institution.
ii. At least 3 years teaching experience.
iii. Islamic knowledge literacy will be an added advantages.
iv. Excellence communication skills in English, Kiswahili or Arabic

Primary School Teachers (7-Posts) with the following Teaching Subjects:

i. English &Geography (2post)
ii. History & Kiswahili (2post)
iii. Science subject (1post)
iv. English & Mathematics (1post)
v. Qur an & Arabic (1post)

Qualifications and Experience
i. Diploma or Certificate in Education from a recognized institution.
ii. At least 3 years teaching experience.
iii. Islamic knowledge literacy will be an added advantages.
iv. Excellence communication skills in English, Kiswahili or Arabic.
