Overview: The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) is a quasi-independent Government body responsible for regulating the Communications and Broadcasting sectors in Tanzania. It was established under the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Act No.12 of 2003 to regulate the electronic communications, and Postal services, and management of the national frequency spectrum in the United Republic of Tanzania.
The Authority became operational on 1st November 2003 and effectively took over the functions of the now-defunct Tanzania Communications Commission (TCC) and Tanzania Broadcasting Commission (TBC) respectively.

Job Title: ENGINEER II (Three Positions)
Qualifications and Experience
A holder of Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution and registered by the Engineers Registration Board as Graduate Engineer. Previous experience in ICT related work will be added advantage.
Job Title: SENIOR ESTATE MANAGEMENT OFFICER (Three Positions)
Qualifications
A holder of at least Master Degree in Civil Engineering. Architecture, Quantity Survey, Building Economics, Estate Management, Property Management, Land Management, and Valuation or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions with working experience of at least seven (7) years in a related field. Must be registered by respective Professional Board as Professional.
Job Title: Economist II (Three Positions)
Qualifications and Experience
A holder of Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering Economics, Statistics or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. Previous experience in the regulation sector will be added advantage.
Job Title: SENIOR MUSEUM CURATOR II (Three Positions)
Qualifications
Holder of Master Degree in Archives, Archaeology, Museum Management, Anthropology or equivalent qualifications from recognized institution with working experience of at least seven (7) years in related field.
Job Title: MARKETING OFFICER II (Three Positions)
Qualifications
A holder of Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Education or Business Administration majoring in Marketing or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions.
Job Title: ICT OFFICERS I (Three Positions)
Qualifications and Experience
A holder of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering. Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution with working experience of at least four (4) years in related field.
