Integration Support with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etcApplication product pre-lunch test and Competitor products collection & analysisApply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needsComputer Operation systems Windows, ChromeOSLeverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to AWS teams on how to improve our servicesDesk phones, conference phones, mobile phonesAccess switches and patch panels, corporate network cabling 

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer science, finance or related field.Knowledge of basic computer hardware\Router & Switch configurati on\Virtualization Platform (VMware vSphere)Experience with MMO/Banks/Payment Provider/Switches etcExperience with desktop operating systems including Windows and ChromeOSIntegration Experience with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etcExtensive application(like Android app\OpenSource tools) support experienceWorking knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilitiesGood understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.Written and oral communication skills,Strong documentation skillsInterpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

The role will be based in Dar es Salaam.
