The Ariel Glaser Pediatric AIDS Healthcare Initiative (AGPAHI) is a non–governmental organisation that plays a pivotal role in complementing the Government of Tanzania’s efforts towards the attainment of its development goals. AGPAHI strives to provide quality and integrated HIV/AIDS health services to children and families. AGPAHI is looking for the following Interns to Support M&E and Finance Department.

Position:-Temporary Accountants (6)

Report to:-Senior Finance Officer
Location:-Dar-es-salaam

Intern Scope of work
Refilling of all HQ, and regional Offices 2016 & 2017 documents and move them to the container.
File all 2018 documents received from regional offices, naming/numbering them accordingly.
Using given checklist, ensure all 2018 documents are filed in their original form,
appropriately named and systematically arranged in a chronological order.
Ensure adequate documentation exists for all financial reports, fully signed and stamped.
Arrange 2018 files in cabinets per region & month
Scanning of all 2018 financial documents.
