AGENCY MANAGER POSITION

Job Title: Agency Manager
Reports To: Head of Agency

Department: Sales Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Budget Volumes
• Deliver Plan Margin
• Sales forecast in line with market dynamics
• Market intelligence and timely sharing of critical information to management to facilitate decision making and feed into strategy.
• Timely collection of premium and ensure full compliance with customer and effectively pro-act to all issues that arise in order to minimize company exposure to cancellation of contract
• Drive sales through collaboration with head of marketing and communication the same to sales team
• Effectively use the sales tools to generate, manage and deliver sales in line with approved budget.
• Effective management of agency queries, complaints, compliments etc.
• Ensure that all the support required by the sales team to achieve target are provided adequately
•  Full compliance with business principles, policies, processes and standards.
• Compliance with ISO 9001 -2015 Guidelines.

Relationship & People Management

• Maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholder, to proper planning of product and cost thereof to achieve business strategy as well as meet company expectations.
• Provide leadership to sales team.
• Manage, upskill, motivate and retain high performing staff.

Agency Manager
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience required for this Role

• University Degree in Business Development/ Marketing/ Commerce or related field.
• At least 5 years demonstrated experience in financial Industry.
• Computer literate.
