Off Grid Electric Tanzania is seeking to recruit Field Sales Leader whose primarily focus is to sell allocated sales targets per month as advised by his/her supervisor and to manage, coach and lead assigned team of Field Sales Representatives to sell and attain team targets.
A successful candidate is expected to;
Coach the team of Field Sales Representative on a daily basis.
Lead by example i.e Hold weekly personal conferences with your direct reports and others as necessary
Follow OGE processes on reporting, sales and leadership.
Commit to premium standards in OGE Sales Process. i.e Door to Door Sales Approach, Problem led approach,Uses quality measures & problem solving to improve process and ensures compliance with relevant standards & procedures.
Be action oriented, a problem solver and enjoys working hard.
Demonstrate energy and drive for things seen as challenging.
Have work ethic,a track record of working hard physically, mentally and emotionally.
Your profile
Educational qualifications: Minimum of Form 4 Secondary Education, Advanced Diploma /University Degree in Related Discipline is an extra advantage.
Language Skills.Fluent in both English and Swahili.
Experience,Minimum of 6 months in direct sales (field sales) with a proven track record of delivering assigned team and personal targets for a minimum of 3 months.
