SENIOR MANAGER STRATEGIC PLANNING - 1 POSITION
TPB Bank PLC seeks to appoint dedicated, self-motivated and highly organized Senior Manager Strategic Planning (1 position) to join the Strategic and Planning team.
REPORTING LINE: Director of Strategic Planning
LOCATION: Head Office
WORK SCHEDULE: As per TPB Bank PLC Staff regulations
DIVISION: Strategic and Planning
SALARY: Commensurate to the Job Advertised
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Prepare Strategic Plans, annual and long term range corporate plans and monitor business growth of different businesses in TPB.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(i) Identify research problems as well as prepare and carry out research programs
(ii) Assist in measuring productivity of the bank
(iii) Conduct studies on constraints facing the bank and identify growth potential
(iv) Prepare Strategic Plans, Annual and Long term Corporate Plans
(v) Synchronize the bank’s policies with the corporate goals
(vi) Carry out feasibility/viability studies for outlets/new business opportunities
(vii) Conduct business analysis for the bank
(viii) Carry out analysis of banking industry performance from published financial statements
(ix) Produce annual report
(x) Track bank performance against strategic objectives of the year
(xi) In liaison with other Directorate, prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual reports on implementation of the Business Plan for presentation to EXCO
(xii) Liaise with other divisions to improve output pan company.
(xiii) Any other duty assigned by senior management.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:-
(i) Timely production of reports or respective outputs
(ii) Able to drive agenda in other divisions.
(iii) Able to manage relationships pan-company.
PROFESSIONAL AND INTER PERSONAL DETAILS
Education: Holder of a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related subjects with a relevant experience of not less than 3 years.
Knowledge in banking or possession of Associate ship TIOB Professional Diploma would be an added advantage computer literate.
Experience: 3 years experience
