Head of Sales – Residential 


Location
Ilala, Kisutu Dar Es Salaam

Description
Head of Sales – Residential Reports to: The Director(s) Responsible for generating new recurring revenue for a medium-sized ISP including but not limited to;

Create awareness in localities where service is available.
Identify/plan service availability in upcoming areas with large target market base.
Coordinate and manage door to door sales and area-based marketing rollouts.
Forecast and meet customer sign-ups target.
The Ideal candidate shall;
Have a background in Sales, preferably in IT industry (ISP preferred).
Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swahili and English. Additional languages will be an
added advantage.
Understand basic marketing concepts.
Have a car or a motor-cycle and possess a valid Driver’s license.
Remuneration: Base Salary + Customer Sign-up Bonus

Head of Sales – Corporate & Enterprise

Location

Description
Responsible for generating new recurring revenue for a medium-sized ISP including but not limited to;

Organize and create proposals and product information sheets.
Conduct Sales using multiple methods (Door-to-Door, Calls, Networking, etc).
Set and meet NEW MRC Targets on a periodic-basis.
The Ideal candidate should;
Have a background in sales in IT industry (ISP preferred) or selling to Corporates/Enterprises.
Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swahili and English. Additional languages will be an
added advantage.
Understand basic marketing concepts.
Have a car or a motor-cycle and possess a valid Driver’s license.
Be able to work independently, be a self-starter, motivated, and have good knowledge of local market players

(competitors as well as customers) and possess a good network of contacts. Remuneration: Base Salary + New MRC Bonus(es) + Retention Commission
