Energy Contractor looking for Operations Manager to manage the company's operations. The Operations Manager will report to the Managing Director and should have the following qualifications: A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Building or Electrical/Telecom) with at least 5 years professional experience whereby at least 3 years out of that in management or supervision positions. The ideal candidate for this positions is someone with excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to network and build relationships with key people; ability to write project proposals; knowledge in managing tendering processes including preparations of BOQ, and experience in supervising projects. The candidate should be dependable, trustworthy, hard working, highly organized and team player.
