Ageco Energy and Construction Ltd is a registered Civil, Building, Electrical and Solar
Energy Contractor looking for Operations Manager to manage the company's operations. The Operations Manager will report to the Managing Director and should have the following qualifications: A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Building or Electrical/Telecom) with at least 5 years professional experience whereby at least 3 years out of that in management or supervision positions. The ideal candidate for this positions is someone with excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to network and build relationships with key people; ability to write project proposals; knowledge in managing tendering processes including preparations of BOQ, and experience in supervising projects. The candidate should be dependable, trustworthy, hard working, highly organized and team player.

Submit your cover letter and copies of your academic certificates (O-Level, A-Level, University/College etc) by email or bring hard copies at Ageco's offices in Mikocheni B, along Bima Road/Mikocheni B Road, Building No. 8 (about 250 Meters from Mikocheni B Bus Station).
