A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Business Banking Director in one of the leading bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and directing the strategic delivery of the key business activities across the country.



JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify strategic role players and stakeholders and engage all stakeholders and industry forums to understand changes to strategy, reguations and markets.
Direct the review and design of the optimal business model and deliver on required changes
Implement performance controls to proactively measure achievement against strategic targets and address changes or non- performance
Based on proposals brought by leaders in the unit, review opportunities for investment or disinvestment of resources and make capital allocation decisions within mandate .
Coach the area management team on how to conduct meaningful performance .
Report all risk events/ incident/issues using the defined process for your business area and how to prevent them in future.
