Our main objective is to provide professional Real Estate services for our clients within an atmosphere of trust and confidence. We seek to understand the needs of our clients and do our utmost to best meet those needs. We also understand that in a very competitive market nothing must be overlooked, therefore we pay attention to every detail during the process of any transaction.
We are looking for Sales and marketing Officer to market our services to the community. Especially, Building Owners (Owner of Houses, Hotels, Hostel as well as Commercial Buildings such as Big Malls and etc.) and Tenants

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meeting with Landlords for various negotiations, this will be including physical visiting of property (House, Plot, Apartments, etc.)
  • Visiting various Offices and Business centers looking for Customers (Tenants)
  • Monitoring our Website for post New Listing Items,
  • Manage our Social Network Pages in isntagram, Facebook & Twitter

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Management, Business Administrations, with high skills in IT and Computer in General.
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience is required, because we believe that the learning is in the doing.
  • Priority will be for Arusha residents
  • Wide idea/knowledge of Arusha, Moshi and Dar es salaam City
  • Driving Skills will be added advantage
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili, oral and written.
  • Be ready to learn new things


Benefits (Monthly Basis)

  • 50,000-Salary (Fifty thousand TZS -will be adjusted after 3 Months according to your performance)
  • 30,000-Lunch
  • 20,000-Bus fee
  • 5,000 Airtime
