ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Financial Specialist for an upcoming volunteer assignment in Tanzania. Khebhandza Marketing Company Limited is requesting volunteer assistance to improve their financial management and accounting. The volunteer will provide training on a number of topics, including QuickBooks, financial statements, and balance sheets, among others. The volunteer will also help develop a financial management manual. The assignment will last for approximately three weeks in country, in addition to preparation and research prior to departure. Travel and living expenses are covered.

Volunteer Qualifications
  • A University degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or other relevant area
  • At least ten years relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
