ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist for an upcoming volunteer assignment in
Tanzania. Rogimwa Agro Company Limited is requesting volunteer assistance to improve their human resources and their financial management skills. The volunteer will provide training on a number of areas, including recruitment, staff management, Quickbooks, and preparing financial statements, among other areas. The assignment will last for approximately three weeks in country, in addition to preparation and research prior to departure. Travel and living expenses are covered.
Volunteer Qualifications

  • A University degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant area
  • At least ten years in Financial Management, Accounting, or Human Resources Management
  • Experience working on staff recruitment and organizational structure
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
