We are looking for Residents Managers in Meliá Serengeti and Meliá Zanzibar .

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring it runs smoothly.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • University Degree in Hospitality or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Resident Manager.
  • Previous experience in All inclusive, 4* and 5*.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong Leadership and managerial skills.
  • Profitability and business driven oriented.
  • Experience in operational management.
  • Team work and customer orientation.
  • Able to relocate to Tanzania.
