• Write basic constructed shell scripts with functional routine.
• Manage tools and process adherence.
• Manage new service/Node integration /Transition with NOC.
• Effectively deal with customers on escalated issues.
• Interface with Tools and ISVs for requirement gathering for NOC Integration & Implementation.

Skills Required

• Advanced knowledge of overall telecom domain with exposure to VAS.
• Prior experience in telecom managed services or a similar environment.
• Advance MS-office and Visio skills.
• Good Analytical Skills. Should be able to analyze data and create customer facing reports using MS-office.
• Troubleshooting skills on following, one or more VAS Services:
         Roaming Platform
         Messaging Platform
         Content Management
         Call Management
         CRBT
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
         NOC
         Field maintenance
         Network performance management
         eTOM / ITIL
         OSS / IT
         IN / VAS
• Basic knowledge of GSM,SS7.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL Framework.
• Knowledge of PM tools.
• Knowledge of latest Operating Systems like Linux/Unix, Windows, clustering.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent written and spoken English skills.

Experience: 4 to 6 yrs
