Job Title: Adverts specialist
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To develop number of advertisements stake holders in a Company by consulting and conversing various companies to advertise with StarTimes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To actively develop the new clients and to build a good relationship with clients
• To actively research the market and develop new business to ensure and enlarge the market share
• To provide services to and enhance relationship with advertisers
• To actively involve with sales supporting programs to provide valuable feedback and comments from sales point of view to increase the effectiveness of the programs
• Strong team work with marketing department to develop co-branding promotional programs with advertisers
• Strong team work with other sales staff to help meeting the team annual advertising revenue target
• To proactively provide feedback from advertisers for further enhancement of editorial and marketing programs
• To develop and implement marketing and advertisements strategy for StarTimes.
• To study and understand our channels programs and Promote them with the Collaboration with Marketing Department (Startimes Spotlights, face book, Talk Show)
• To develop number of advertisements stake holders in a Company.
• To identifying identifying the company’s target market and the company’s advertising goals and develop an advertisements strategy for effectively reaching that target market.
• To plan, develop and prepare advertisements for the Company’s products and contents.
• Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings, committees, and task forces; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.
• Any other tasks assigned by the upper management.
REQUIREMENTS
• Working experiences in 4A agencies or TV advertising center.
• More than 3 years sales experience.
• Willing to take challenges and work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation & presentation skill, and with a strong sense of customer service.
• Experience in leading a small team is preferred.
• A good team-player, result-driven, dynamic, self-motivated and business savvy.
• A University graduate or above, preferably majoring in sales, marketing or other related discipline
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• High skills and ability to negotiate and convising.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to develop high number of Company’s advertisement stake holders.
• Skill in the use of computerized page layout and design software and skill in the use of computers and related software applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s degree(s) from recognized University with at least 5 year
