1. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS CUM LAWYER

Key qualifications:
Holder of at least Bachelor degree in law and registered as an Advocate.
Minimum of three years working experience in Human Resources issues and Banking and Finance.
Must have an experienced of working as Secretary of various Board and its Commitee meetings for more than three years.

Computer literacy especially in Ms Word and Excel for windows.

2. IT CUM ACCOUNTANT

Key qualifications
Holder of Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Administration and Information Technology from the recognized institutions.
Must have an experience of at least three years in Bankers realm core banking system and two years in accounting and finance in banking industry.

Must be competent in English language both in writing and oral.

3. CREDIT OFFICERS

Key qualifications
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Agriculture, Education, Community Development or its equivalent
Must have an experience of at least two years in banking
Computer literate and with data entry knowledge
Ability to work with a team
Must be organized and have attention to Details

4. ASSISTANT CREDIT OFFICERS (FIELD OFFICERS)

Key qualifications
Holder of Certificate preferably in General Agriculture Business Administration, Education, Community Development or equivalent from recognized institutions.
Computer literacy and data entry knowledge
Customer care skills

Confidentiality and integrity

5. ASSISTANT INTERNAL AUDITOR

Key qualification

Holder of Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Administration from recognized institutions.

Must have an experience of at least two years in Accounting.

Computer literacy in Excel and Ms Word.

Must be competent in English language both in writting and oral
