Having successfully installed more than 70,000 solar home systems in Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda, Mobisol is now moving into the business at a larger scale.

To support our team in Tanzania, Mobisol is looking for a Loan Field Officer with a background in Microfinance and Loan Management.

Location: Mbeya

  • The Customer Finance department is responsible for the receivables risk management. This includes the financial assessment of customers, customer work-out, and portfolio management. 
  • Loan Field Officer is responsible for the Customer Work-Out and management of the assigned portfolio, gathering of benchmark data for assessment purposes and analysis of causes for portfolio deteriorations.
