NAFASI YA KAZI FINANCE MANAGER – REIME TANZANIA LIMITED

Under the general direction and supervision of the managing director the finance manager shall assist in the development and implementations of goals policies and procedure relating to financial management budget

accounting and payroll for the organization. The overall purposes of the position to establish maintains adequate financial and management system as well as ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Accounting and finance management for  the company

·         Manages the maintenance of general and subsidy ledger accounts and receive and revenue

·         Supervise and participate in the preparations of various financial statement and reports

·         Manage the preparations of the organization budget and forecasting

·         Preparing reports as required by law regulations or organizations policies

·         Ensuring compliance with  applicable laws and procedure on statutory and annual audit

·         Engage in ongoing cost reductions analyses in all areas of the organizations

EDUCATIONS SKILLS

·         Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or equivalent business experienced years of progressive responsible experience on managerial position

·         Certified public account certification is required

·         Strong financial management skills including  budget analysis follow up and compliance and reporting

·         Details oriented and organized have strong skills  in math communications and analysis

·         Good written skills particularly report writing skills

·         Strong in IC skills in accounting packages
