Job Summary
We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the
coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Responsibilities
You will help with Assurance support activities
- Incident management and Problem management
- System administration
- Measure the network performance and KPIs End to End generation of Performance reports on routine basis
- Generation of operational reports on routine basis
- Recognizing the improvement areas for operational performance development
- Identifying the root cause for network performance degradation and taking measures to resolve
- Recognizing the area of exclusions for network performance degradation
- Raising trouble ticket to concerned departments for the identified problems which leads/ may lead to performance degradation
- Preparing the monthly performance dash-board and sharing with FMD manager for the distribution.
- Manage customer relationship and customer expectation
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
- 3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
- ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications would be an advantage
