NPO ENGINEER:
Main tasks:
Focus on Customer Success
• Performs technical tasks in customer projects, according to project plan and with project manager’s guidance.
• Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise
• Has awareness of and works in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job, and possesses service excellence awareness
• Is able to describe the NSO/NWP portfolio
Win Together/Build communities
• May assist in delivery of basic network design and performance training
• Assists in projects to maintain healthy financial margins by sharing ideas as well as having a cost effective attitude mindset
• Reports the progress of his/her work to project management / line management
Typical tasks
• Works typically in one technology area with basic to intermediate skill level, having practical experience and requiring supervision with more complex and non-routine tasks (for the following areas)
• Utilization of design and measurement tools
• Network Dimensioning for sales
• Network design
• Field Measurements and laboratory tests
• Network and/or Service optimization

The Network Design and Optimization Engineer interfaces with customers to provide network design and performance related services.

 Qualifications
1) Bachelor's in Telecommunication Engineering or Equivalent
2) Min 3 - 5 years experience with leading Telecom Operators/Vendors
3) Good in MS Office ( Excels & Access) with capability is developing and using macros
