The mine is a situated in the Lake Victoria Gold fields of Tanzania only about 85 KM from Mwanza City and 20 KM’s south East of the nearest point. WORKS FOR: SENIOR SUPERVISIOR
QUALIFICATIONS: DEGREE IN GEOLOGY
EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience in underground mining geology
MAIN KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Complete all assigned work according to company procedure
· Identify and report hazards in the work place
· Combine underground geological mapping , sampling, and core logging to a schedule approved by the senior supervisor underground geology
· Provide a geological input at mine planning meetings
· Complete geological interpersonal from mapping and logging data
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Physical fitness to work in an underground mine environment
· Willingness to work in an underground mine environment
· Good communications skills
· Verbal written English
· Valid driving license and ability to pass site driving test
· Experience in the use of data mine is an added advantage
