Mobisol Job Opportyunity Sales Trainer

Sales Trainer Morogoro
Location: Morogoro, Tanzania
Full time, indeterminate, as soon as possible
The Mobisol Akademie (MAKIE) provides Mobisol contractors with high quality training. Hereby, MAKIE supplies Mobisol operations with excellent contractors and employees. The MAKIE Sales Trainer prepares and conducts training for future Mobisol Sales Agents and Shop Operators, equipping them with all necessary skills and knowledge for their work.

Activities:
 Preparing classes, including organizing and maintaining classroom and materials
 Delivering classroom training, including daily homework
 Organizing and supervising field training
 Evaluating student performance, including conducting examinations
 Communicating results of training to other coordinators and the MAKIE team
 Taking care of administrative tasks, e.g. handing out work kits to students
 Liaising with Sales and MobiShop teams for a smooth student handover
 Preparing weekly reports including attendance data, exam results

Our requirements:
 Professional experience in training, adult learning, and/or sales coaching
 Academic background in sales or marketing as a plus
 Skilled in Microsoft Office and other computer programs and visualization techniques
 Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment
 Fluency in English and Swahili
 Driving licence class D
 Willingness and ability to travel frequently and for longer period of times within Tanzania
