Duties and Responsibilities
* Schedules appointments and accurately enters data into scheduling system.
* Registers patients and enters or updates demographic and insurance information
* Communicates with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patients.
* Handles requests for patient medical records
* General Quality nursing care to patients
* Supervision of clinic cleanliness
* Administration of drugs
* To keep and maintain patients records and statistics
* To participate in health education programmes
* Proper handling and care of supplies and equipment
* Engage in continuous professional development
* Performs any other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
* Holder of Form IV certificate and Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution
* Must be registered and have license of practice
* Must be computer literate

* Ability to interact with others in a calm, friendly and caring manner
* Active listening skills and empathy toward others
* Strong organizational and analytical skills

Experience
* Experience in a physicians' office or hospital is preferred
* Minimum of six months of customer service experience required
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience;
