Tanzanian to fill the following vacancies on specific duties within the regional on renewable contract terms. Successful applicants must be ready to work

REGIONAL MANAGER'S OFFICE- TAN ROADS KIGOMA
JOB OPPORTUNITY
JOB TITLE: CIVIL ROADS TECHINICIAN - 2 POSTS

A. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. The job holder must have a Ordinary Diploma in Civil/Highway Engineering OR Full Technician Certificate (FTC), from any recognised academic Institution.
2. Must be computer literate (knowledge of AUTOCAD will be added advantage).
3. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Swahili and English Language.
4. One year of experience in relevant field.
5. Age limit not above 35 years.
6. Must be a Tanzanian citizen.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Inspects and report on road and bridge maintenance works activities.
2. Measures and certifies works for payment.
3. Prepare and supervise monthly work programmers for petty contractors undertaking Routine and Recurrent, Periodic and Emergency maintenance works as directed by Engineer.
4. Supervise bridge maintenance works as directed by Engineer.
5. Certifies worksheets, delivery notes and similar documentation as directed by Engineer.
6. Prepare reports for Engineer as required
7. Perform such other related duties as may assigned by Engineer from time to time.

A. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Holder of Certificates in Accountancy,
2. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Swahili and English Language.
3. Must be computer literate
4. One year of experience.
5. Age limit not above .35 years.
6. Must be a Tanzanian citizen.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Undertakes general financial clerical duties
2. Undertakes filing and financial record keeping duties
3. Dispatches Cheques
4. Perform such other related duties assigned by Heads of Accounts and Administration from time to time.

SALARY
Shall be TANROADS Scheme, Grade Three

JOB TITLE: Driver 1 POST

A. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A National form Four (IV) certificate.
2. A valid class "C" driving license issued by relevant authority at least five (3) years with clean records.
3. A trade test grade III In motor vehicle mechanics.
4. Fluent in both Swahili and English.
5. Age limit between 25-40.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive Agency motor vehicle wherever needed
2. Maintain the motor vehicle logbook.
3. Keeps the vehicle in good working order and in clean condition.
4. Undertake motor vehicle services
5. Deriver and collects mail, packages, materials and any other goods.
6. Perform such other related duties as may assigned by transport officer from time to time.
