Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas
Entity Compliance
- Organize legal requirements for new and existing companies of The Group.
- Annual returns for all registered entities.
- Opening /shutting down entities as required.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and its agencies.
- Ensuring all paperwork for company vehicles and assets are in place and up to date.
HR
- Make sure all contracts have the same format and are compliant.
- Manage the disciplinary procedures for each geography.
- Follow up on the ongoing court cases.
Contracts
- Review the current terms and conditions.
- Review of any contracts and identity exposures.
External relationships
- Liaising with external lawyers and legal adviser.
Formal Training/Education
- A minimum of University Graduate Degree in Law, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
- MBA would be a plus.
Knowledge/Skills & Experience
- Self-motivation, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented.
- Very effective organizational skills, Process oriented
- Proven experience on Legal Compliance and working with Lawyers.
- Have the ambition t.o help drive the growth of a growing company.
- Strong communication skills.
