HR World Ltd on behalf of our reputable client. We are looking for Executive Assistant to Managing Director


Position : Executive Assistant 

Reporting to Managing Director

Qualifications : 
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field

Experience:
 At least 3-5 years working experience in a similar role

Duties

• Manage Director's  electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary 
• Manage Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation)
• Process Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt by the Director/or on behalf of the Director or other staff as appropriate 
• Maintain Director's office system, including data management and filing
• Screen calls, enquiries, requests and deal with them when appropriate 
• Assist Director in reaching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director's responsibilities 
• Organise meeting and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.

Requirements

• Excellent Administrative and Secretarial skills 
• Must have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working to a Managing Director 
• Good Oral and Written communication skills
• Organisation skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to be proactive and take the initiative 
• Good computer skills - Ms Office
