JOB SUMMARY:

To attend visitors and make sure that they are directed to the respective offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend and register to all visitors by directing them to the respective offices;
Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy all times
Assist visitors and take messages where necessary;
Forward messages to appropriate offices;
Report any bad events occurring in his/her place of work; and
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Form VI, Certificate in Front Office Management or any relevant qualification from a recognized institution. Six (6) months of experience in a large organization, Experience in customer care, front office management skills will be an added advantage.

REMUNERATION: Salary Scale According TRA Salary Scale
