JOB DETAILS: Sales at showroom

Very urgent employee is needed to fill the vacance.

EGE PRESTIGE LTD is the Turkish company which dealing with selling furniture materials like MDF ,all moden kitchen accessories ,Hardwares etc.All materials are imported from Turkey.
The EGE PRESTIGE LTD is seeking a self-motivated, competent, and detail-oriented girl for the possition of sales and marketing to the showroom located at Mbezi Beach. The girl should have high ability to Communicate with customers and handle routine correspondences issuing quotation, invoices and information requested via telephone or email .
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales, daily call reports and weekly work plans.

Take immediate response to complaints, queries and problems from customers and assist to resolve immediately and report to the supervisor.
Communicate effectively with customers and management at all times for any sales or operational issues.
Carry out other related duties by management.

THE IDEAL CANIDATE FOR THIS POSITION SHOULD HAVE:
i) University Degree or Diploma or certificate or related field in sales and marketing from a recognised college or institute.

ii) Working experience is an extra advantage
iii) Experience in performing administrative functions will be an added advantage.
iv) Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics.
v) Computer literacy including knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint (in shot microsoft word) is mandatory.
vi) Some of our customers they speak just only English so high proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking as well as being a native Swahili speaker is mandatory.
