Job description
The Social Media Intern will work closely with the Designer, Account Manager, Project Manager, Lead Strategist, and our creative freelancers, to tell ‘consumer-first’ stories across the universe of digital media. Pivoting towards positioning ourselves as a content-driven agency; our social presence must be authentic, engaging, community-oriented and drive leads / sales.
You'll be working with a team to build a digital media plan that is responsible for the overall strategy, creative vision, execution and management of many different brands.
This opportunity is a 100% on-site internship, with possibility for full time employment upon proven performance. Experience in writing, blogging and/or vlogging is highly preferred.

- Work with designers to generate innovative, compelling concepts and copy for social and email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, algorithm optimization, and website analytics.
What You’ll Do:
- Help execute overall social strategy and creative vision for various brands.
- Participate in developing content marketing roadmaps and calendars.
- Socialize and align with internal stakeholders on execution plans.
- Identify social and content opportunities via partnerships and influencers.
- Grow and manage social presence, followers and fan engagement.
- Collaborate with various creative teams to develop content leveraging social and video platforms.
- Communicate with key team leads to source assets and obtain approvals.
- Analyze and communicate marketing performance and learnings to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all relevant communications.
Requirements
- Obsession with detail.
- Understanding of digital media and analytics.
- An innate ability to keep up with, and understand what is relevant, on-trend, and outdated.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Experience communicating with high-level stakeholders.
- Must be able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in writing and storytelling.
